摘要

Abstract

Based on the IEC 61850 standard and the development of domestic power system,a design method of hardware and software in relaying protection system for digital substation is provided during the transition period.Division of the device function,priority design and communication mode between the tasks are elaborated.Practice shows that the design system meets the requirements of the relaying protection device.
