摘要

Abstract

The AC servo system in the article adopts TMS320F2812 as the core controller,takes advantages of both position and speed modes of the servo driver. It can be set to localization or reciprocal movement pattern. The value of position and speed can also be set in specified range at any time. Meanwhile, the system has anti-overshoot protective function with the methods of soft limitation, hard limitation and manual scram. Also it has the advantages of convenient interaction, small occupation and high performance-to-price, compared to the PLC and motion control card usage respectively. So this AC servo system is suitable for the industrial application environment as follows: accurate position and speed .full speed coverage, large inertia and space-constrained.
