Distribution Network Reconfiguration Based on Strategy of Breaking up the Whole Into Parts and Improved Binary Differential Evolution Algorithm

Abstract
A method to reconfigure distribution network, which is based on the strategy of breaking up the whole into parts and improved binary differential evolution (DE) algorithm, is proposed. The circuit breakers are classified according to their positions in the looped network, then a loop-breaker incidence matrix and breaker sets are established. Applying the strategy of breaking up the whole into parts, the whole solution space is divided into several sub-solution spaces, then the parallel search is directly performed by improved binary DE algorithm, and then comparing the search results in all sub-solution spaces the optimal solution of distribution network reconfiguration can be obtained. The proposed method can reduce the coding length and improve calculation efficiency; through adjusting the roles of variation and crossover operation, the infeasible solution can be avoided. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed reconfiguration method of distribution network.关键词
