摘要

Abstract

Due to the random fluctuation of wind power it is necessary to reasonably arrange the capacity of operating reserve, thus after the connection of large-scale wind farms with power grid the risk assessment of operating reserve becomes the first question to be solved for reasonable arrangement of operating reserve of power grid. An extended state-space partitioning (ESSP) based method to assess operating reserve of power grid connected with large-scale wind farm is proposed. The proposed method can be used to cope with multi-state model of wind turbine generator, meanwhile considering random outage of wind turbine generator its own and uncertainty of wind speed prediction the total state space is divided into to regions and the system states of the two subspaces can be chosen by State enumeration method (SEM) and Monte Carlo simulation respectively, pursuantly the risk assessment can be implemented rapidly and accurately. The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by Calculation and analysis of a certain regional power grid in China.
