摘要

Abstract

In allusion to the problem that in past efficient analysis of fossil-fuel generating plants only quantifiable indices are taken into account, in this paper the unquantifiable indices are introduced in for the first time and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, in which the data envelopment analysis (DEA) is combined with the cloud model, is proposed. By means of analyzing quantifiable indices by DEA the relative efficiency is obtained and the cloud model is used to process unquantifiable indices to make the qualitative problem quantized, thus the shortcoming of DEA that due to its strong dependence on data DEA cannot process the evaluated unit which contains unquantifiable indices is overcome, therefore, finally the comprehensive evaluation of total efficiency of fossil-fuel generating plants can be evaluated. The correctness and usability of the proposed method are verified by the comparion in case study.
