摘要

Abstract

A wind and solar complementary powered streeflight controller based on fixed value scanning MPPT was introduced. The controller was designed based on users' requirements, with new and effective MPPT and time-sharing multiplex technique. The experimental results showed that the system can accurately track the maximum power point with high stability.
