摘要

Abstract

Theoretical analysis of the magnetic fluxgate model was processed combined with the observing characteristic of the magnetic fluxgate theodolite. 1J86 permalloy with high magnetic conductivity and GH128 alloy posess coincident thermal-expansion factor, good plasticity and higher lasting creep strength were chosen as magnetic core and framework material, respectively. Track type structure was adopted as the core component structure in designing magnetic fluxgate sensor; The devised magnetic fluxgate sensor achieved the design requirement in performance index test.
