摘要
Abstract
Because of the high-speed circuit existed in the design of vrtreless node PCB of the substation condition monitoring system,signal integrity problems is inevitable. The reflection and crosstalk of key signals in wireless node is simulated with HyperLynx and IBIS model. Without any suppression measures, reflections and crosstalk has a great impact on signals. The overshoot and undershoot amplitude is mucn larger than 200 mV and maximun crosstalk amplitude is 370 mV. By series termination and increase in the transmission line spacing,decrease in the coupling length,the impact of reflection and crosstalk on signal can be significantly reduced. So it meets the signal integrity requirements.关键词
