BMM-ESD Simulator Active Circuit Model
摘要
Abstract
According to the inductance L of the BMM-ESD simulator circuit with these passive devices in linear, integral difficulties and other problems,this paper proposes a BMM-ESD simulator active circuit design. The design is based on a consideration of parasitic oscillation of 6 order BMM-ESD LC passive circuit simulator, and through mathematical calculation,construction is formed on the linear amplifier for active BMM-ESD simulator circuit model. The simulation shows that the simulation result of the 6 order BMM-ESD simulator active circuit and the current of the LC passive circuit of BMM-ESD fits perfectly .which verify the correctness and feasibility of (he circuit model.关键词
