Abstract
Objective: To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of glucosamine. Methods: Glucosamine sulphate was pre-column derivated, then determined by RP-HPLC in a Hypereil ODS column (4.6 mmx50 mm, 3 μm) with CH3COONa ? 3H2O-CH3OH ( 90 : 10) as mobile phase, and UV detector. Results: The linear range of calibration curve was 0. 399 - 1.597 mg/mL ( r=0.9993 ) , the recovery was 98%~102%. Conclusions: The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It is an effective method for the determination of glucosamine sulphate and could be used for determination of glucosamine sulfate.关键词
