Retrospective Analysis of 2008 ～ 2010 ADR Case Reports in Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital
目的:了解南京市妇幼保健院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及一般规律,促进临床合理用药.方法:采用回顾性研究方法,对南京市妇幼保健院2008～2010年收集的138例ADR报告分别从患者性别、年龄、给药途径、药品种类、累及器官或系统、临床表现等方面进行统计、分析.结果:138例ADR中,抗感染药占60.87％,妇科用药占21.01％.静脉给药引发的ADR例数最多,以皮肤及其附件损害最多.结论:临床应合理使用抗感染药物,加强对中药制剂的质量检…查看全部>>
Objective:To understand the status quo adverse drug reactions ( ADR) occurred in our hospital and to promote clinical use of drugs.
