绿僵菌对马尾松毛虫的感染反应分析
Analysis and modeling of time-dose-mortality of Metarhizium anisopliae infecting larvae of Dendrolimus punctatus

Abstract
Two strains(M337 , M104 )of Metarhizium anisopliae at gradient doses in the suspension of 1.0 X 1011- 1.0 x 107 conidia·L-1 were bioassayed against larvae of Dendrolimus punctatus, and analyzed by contrasting with the biocontrol agent Beauveria bassiana ( Bb01 and Bb02). A time-dose-mortality model was applied to analyze the variation of mortality rates as affected by both time and dosage. The model showed considerable homogeneity in these isolates. 10 - 12 days after inoculation, the LC50 of strain M337 were 1.86x109, 1.52x108, 1.67 x107 conidia-L-1, respectively. With doses of 1.0 x 1011- 1.0 X 108 conidia·L-1 concentrations, the LT50 were 7.69 - 11.18 days. The results showed that strain M337 was highly virulent to D. Punctatus.关键词
