TDI对聚丙烯/木粉复合材料性能的影响——木粉粒径的影响
Effects of TDI modification and grain size of wood flour on the PP/wood flour composites
摘要
Abstract
The wood flour with different grain size were modified by toluene 2,4-diisocyanate (TDI) and polypropylene (PP)/wood flour composites were prepared. The effects of modified wood flour with different grain size on the mechanical properties and processing flow behavior of PP/wood flour composite were studied. The results showed that TDI could improve mechanical properties and processing flow behavior of the PP/wood flour composite significantly. When the size was 120 meshes, the overall performance of composite reach optimization. The section structure of the composite is relatively smooth.关键词
