摘要

Abstract

Specific primers were designed based on the conserved region of coat protein ( CP) gene of Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus (CGMMV). Tube capture RT-PCR (TC-RT-PCR) and immunocapture RT-PCR (IC-RT-PCR) were employed to detect CGMMV. The results showed that two assay technologies had high specificity. Sensitivity provided by TC-RT-PCR and IC-RT-PCR was 10 and 100 times higher than that of DAS-ELISA, respectively. The application effects of two technologies were confirmed by means of detecting CGMMV in imported cucumber samples. TC-RT-PCR and IC-RT-PCR developed in this study can be effectively used for the rapid detection of CGMMV.
