2个品系肉鸡体尺性状和屠宰性状的典型相关分析
Canonical correlation analysis between body measurement traits and carcass traits of two natural meat-type line chickens
摘要
Abstract
The analysis of canonical correlation for 6 body measurement traits and 8 carcass traits of paternal line ( D) and maternal line ( S,) of natural meat-type chicken was conducted. The results showed that the correlation between body measurement traits and carcass traits was high, and the first coefficients of canonical correlation were highly significant (P <0.01). The canonical correlation coefficients were 0.901 and 0.884, which represented 76.4% and 77.52% for the total correlation information respectively. The canonical correlation between body measurement traits and carcass traits of D line mainly resulted from chest width (x3) , body length (x,) and rate of chest muscle ( x10 ) , while the first canonical correlation between body measurement traits and carcass traits of S3 line was mainly due to cannon chest depth (x2 ) , tibia girth (x,) and rate of leg. In the breeding of these two line chicken, great attention should be paid to the performance of these traits.关键词
