Prospects for the Development of BIM in LA Industry in China
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of BIM technology in the construction industry,the landscape architecture industry has started the exploration of this new technology.Compared with other engineering industries,the development of BIM in landscape architecture industry is relatively slow,due to the insufficient demands from owners and constructors as well as the lack of analysis and evaluation system and the limitation of the industry scale and technical difficulties.However,there is an urgent demand of BIM technology in the landscape planning,design and construction stages.The characteristics of landscape projects make it difficult to develop the BIM technology.Therefore,we have to maximize the BIM technology and make it functioning according to the requirements of landscape projects.关键词
