摘要
Abstract
Ti(C,N) -based cermets were prepared by vacuum sintering. The effect of chemical composition on the sinterability and mechanical properties of Ti ( C, N)-based cermets were studied. With increasing the hard phase content, the hardness of the sintered cermets with the fixed ratio Mo: ( Mo + Ni) increases, while the transverse rupture strength ( TRS) decreases; and both significantly decrease as TiN content exceeds b threshold value of 12%. With a fixed TiN content, the hardness of the sintered cermets increases and the TRS decreases with the increase of the hard phase content With increasing Co content, which is partly substituted for Ni binder, the TRS of the cermets increases, and simultaneously the hardness slightly increases.关键词
