摘要

Abstract

Spray forming technology can prepare high performance, high quality industrial ingot, has an important effect on industrial development. Atomizing nozzle system is the core of spray forming device. The movement way of nozzle has important influences on uniform deposition of billets. Based on the goal of well-distributed deposition of billets, phase-changeable variable scanning of nozzle drived by cam was put forward. And a cam mechanism that its parameters were changeable was designed, so thai it could spray different diameter billets, equations of each phases and the outline of the cam were established, also deposition track was simulated and analyzed. The nozzle variable scanning had been verified by spray forming experiments at last-
