烧结温度对Al-Cu系含油轴承压溃强度、含油率和微观形貌的影响
Effect of sintering temperature on crushing strength, oil content and microstructure of Al-Cu oil bearing

Abstract
Using powder metallurgy process, the Al-Cu oil bearings were prepared and the effects of sintering temperature on crushing strength, oil content and microstructure were investigated. The results show that the sintering temperature influences sensitively the crushing strength, oil content and microstructure of Al-Cu oil bearing. The Al-Cu oil bearings sintered in vacuum at the temperature of 540*0 , 550% , 560% and 570% show different sintered states, such as sub-sintered state, best-sintered state, and over-sintered or molten state. Powder particles are not metallurgically bonded with each other and the crushing strength is very low for sintering at 540%. For sintering beyond 560% , the Al-Cu oil bearing is molten and the microstnicture changes greatly, and oil content is also very low. 550% is the best sintering temperature, powder particles have been partly molten and metallurgically bonded, so the Al-Cu oil bearings have a best-sintered state and good microstnicture. Crushing strength and oil content reach 198MPa and 22% , respectively.关键词
