高能球磨法制备超细Al2O3粉末
Superfine Al2O3 powder prepared by high-energy milling
摘要
Abstract
The superfine A12O, powder was prepared by high-energy milling. The effect of the parameters such as milling time, rotation rate and process control agent on particle size and pattern of A12O, powder was studied. The results show that extending ball-milling time or increasing rotation rate can effectively decrease the particle size of AI,O, in a certain range. Adding process control agent during the milling process can effectively prevent the adhesion of powder on the ball and grinding jar, thus it can improve the uniformity of powder. Under the experimental condition, process control agent is C2 H, OH, the rotation rate is 400r/min and the milling time is 30 hours, the Dw of Al,0, powder is 0.82u,m. The particle size distribution of AI,0, powder is in the range of 0.12 - 6. 37u,m.关键词
