免气腹妇科腹腔镜手术3250例报告
Gasless laparoscopic surgery in gynecological disease: with a report of 3250 cases

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the technique and safety of gasless laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of gynecological disease. Methods: Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data, such as operation time, surgical bleeding, time of postoperative passage of gas by anus, hospital stay, postoperative complications and the operation cost, of the patients who were treated by gasless lapa-roscopy surgery (3 250 cases) and gas laparoscopic surgery (3 100 cases) from Jan. 2006 and May 2011. Results: The achievement ratios were 95.63% and 97.58% in gasless laparoscopic surgery and gas laparoscopic surgery respectively. The surgical bleeding and the postoperative hospital stay were not different in these two groups ( P > 0.05). The operation time, time of postoperative passage of gas by anus, postoperative complications and the operation cost were significantly different in these two groups (P<0.05). Postoperative long-term complication was not found in the two groups during follow-up of 5-12 months. Conclusions: It is valuable using gasless laparosco-py in the treatment of gynecological disease in the hospital of primary level,for it is safe,cheap and with short operative time and quick postoperative recovery, especially for patients with pulmonary and cardiac diseases.关键词
