中药人工周期疗法对IVF-ET卵巢低反应患者的影响
Effect of artificial menstrual cycle with traditional chinese drugs on patients with poor ovarian response treated by IVF-ET

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of artificial menstrual cycle with traditional Chinese drugs on patients with poor ovarian response treated by in-vitro-fertilization and embryo-transfer （IVF-ET）. Methods Fifty-eight patients showing poor ovarian response and treated by IVF-ET in the Center of Reproduction of Foshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from 2008 to 2010 were randomly put into two groups, the treated group who were treated with artificial menstrual cycle with traditional Chinese drugs for three cycles and the control group who received the IVF-ET but was treated with no Chinese drugs. Statistics of the antral follicle count, average dose of gonadotropin （Gn）, number of retrieved oocytes and clinical pregnant rate of the two groups were collected and analyzed. Results There was no difference （P~0.05） in the antral follicle count and the number of retrieved ooeytes between the two groups. The average dose of Gn of the treated group was significantly less than that of the control group while the pregnant rate （P%0.05） of the treated group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Artificial menstrual cycle with traditional Chinese drugs can reduce the dose of Gn and improve the clinical pregnant rate in the IVF-ET.关键词
