摘要

Abstract

Quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) is one of the mass-sensitive detectors. It is widely used in many fields such as environmental monitoring, pharmaceutical analysis, food quality control, etc, due to its high sensitivity, fast response and low cost. The development of chiral engineering requires chiral analytical technology with simple handling, high speed and on-line operation. QCM chiral sensor represents one of the most important branches of future research. In this review, the typical experimental apparatus and the basic principle of QCM are introduced in brief, then the recent coating materials used for QCM in chiral recognition are reviewed in detail, which include cyclodex-trin derivatives, molecular imprinting polymers, amino acid derivatives, etc. The prospects of this field are also put forward.
