利用基因芯片筛选甘蔗成熟期叶片差异表达候选基因
Application of genechip in the study of diferentially expressed candidate genes in mature sugarcane leaves

Abstract
In this study, Agilent sugarcane 4 ×44k (per array) genechip was used to identify the differentially expressed genes in the leaves of mature sugarcane, and bioinformatics tools were used for genechip hybridization analysis. Microarray hybridization re- sults met the quality standards, the data showed excellent reproducibility and the results were reliable. The differentially expressed genes were screened from the large number genes based on the bioinformatics analysis and microarray by ratio value≥2 during the 8 periods of sugarcane growth. The common differentially expressed genes were 20 ESTs including 17 of Up-regulated and 3 of downregulated ESTs genes. These genes involved in different molecular processes and a variety of metabolic pathways.关键词
