摘要

Abstract

In view of the contradiction between job requirements and job seekers' expectations, solutions to the problem, based on extension theory, are discussed. According to the frame of extension strategy generation system, a core model for the problem was established. The available resources of job seekers were analyzed, and strategies were generated to solve the problem by extension reasoning and extension change. Better strategies were obtained with the evaluation of goodness. The process of extension strategy generation system for employment issues was introduced, based on JavaEE and mySQL and experimental results were provided.
