摘要
Abstract
To solve the ＂three more and three less＂ issue commonly existed in practical teaching.of civil engineering, we explored a new approach to develop students＇ innovative ability and initiative learning ability based on the great attention on theoretical teaching and strengthening routine practice. The civil engineering innovative management mode constructed in the paper was a self-management education guided by colleges and universities. An innovation and practice of civil engineering achieved a remarkable effect.关键词
