不同质量浓度铅对黑麦草根系分泌物和铅吸收富集的影响
The Effect of Different Concentration of Pb~(2+) on Root Exudates and Pb~(2+) Accumulation of Ryegrass
摘要
Abstract
In order to explore the phytoremediation mechanism of lead,solution culture experiment was carried out to study the remediation effectiveness of ryegrass to lead.The result showed that the species of organic acid of ryegrass increased with stress time.And the pH value of nutrient solution has direct relation with organic acid.400 mg/L is sensitive threshold of pH value,organic acid,plant height,dry matter weight,lead content of aerial part and root,and root tolerance index.Lead limited seriously normal growth of ryegrass when nutrient solution concentration more than 600 mg/L.关键词
