Abstract
Objective To explore physical and psychological status and its influencing factors in patients with senile osteoporosis in elderly patients with physical and mental state and its influencing factors, and to explore corresponding nursing strategies.Methods The psychological status was surveyed in the patients who had been hospitalized during the period of October 2008 to May 2011.The results were compared with the domestic norms and then analyzed statistically.Results After survey with the SCL-90,a total of 117 questionnaires were valid,with an effective rate of 88.64％.As compared with the domestic norms,the values of 9 factors were higher in 117 patients,revealing a significant difference ( P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions Psychological nursing,health education,and behavior therapy can fully mobilize patients' activity,effectively eliminate negative emotions,and improve quality of life.关键词
