Study on personality and clinical characteristics of the only child schizophrenia patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study personality and clinical characteristics of the only child schizophrenia patients.Methods The Eysenck personality (adult) questionnaire (EPQ) and nurses observation scale (NOSIE) to 45 cases of the only child patients with schizophrenia and to 60 patients with non-only child were conducted and compared with each other Results The only child schizophrenia patients were found to have obvious neurosis,psychoticism and mentality covering up,as well as the reducing social competence and social interest in clinical,easy irritation and ease depression,psychotic symptoms also experienced.Compared with the non-only child patients,there were significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion A correct understanding to only child personality characteristics and clinical features in patients with schizophrenia helps to guide clinical treatment and evaluation to prognosis.关键词
