集束救治策略在急性阿维菌素重度中毒的应用分析

Abstract
Objective To improve the treatment method for acute avermectin poisoning.Methods We used bundles strategy in treatment for 25 cases with acute severe avermectin poisoning,the main methods include:① the clear water for gastric lavage,mannitol for catharsis,Niaoduqing for detox; ②preventive trachea intubation,protective mechanical ventilation; ③bedside hemoperfusion treatment.Result 24 cases(96.0％) were cured and one death(4.0％) in this group of patients after 7～16 days of treatment.19 cases with hemoperfusion in one time,and 6 cases in twice.Mechanical ventilation time was 3.3～ 11.4 days in cured patients.Conclusion Bundles treatment strategy is an effective first-aid measure for rescuing acute avermectin poisoning.关键词
