普通外科护理中风险管理的研究
Research on the mode of risk management in the general surgical care
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the risk factors in general surgical care and the influence of risk management.Methods 100 questionnaires concerned with patient satisfaction were issued to patients or their families with 100 valid questionnaires returned; we analyzed the possible risk factors in general surgical care and strengthened the risk management to improve the quality of general surgical care.Results By strengthening the risk management,the risk awareness and the quality of general surgical care were increased.In 2010 and 2009,each index contrast was found with statistical significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusions By strengthening the risk management,the incidence of nursing risk events can be prevented and reduced effectively.It can also provide more safe and effective nursing service for patients.关键词
