果蔬在治疗原发性高血压病中的应用
Use of fruits and vegetables in the treatment of essential hypertension

Abstract
Objective To explore the role of fruits and vegetables in the treatment of essential hypertension with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 326 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group received traditional Chinese medicine treatment, and the treatment group received adjunctive therapy with fruits and vegetables in addition to traditional Chinese medicine.The effectiveness rate,decreased levels of blood pressure,serum triglycerides,total cholesterol and LDL-C,elevated levels of HDL-C,and satisfaction of efficacy in patients were compared between the two groups.Results The total effectiveness rate differed significantly between the study group and the control group ( 91.41% vs.73.01%; x 2=21.47,P < 0.05 ).The decreases in blood pressure and LDL-C level and the increase in HDL-C were more significant in the study group than in the control group ( P < 0.05 ).There was a statistical difference in satisfaction of efficacy between the two groups ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusions The use of fruits and vegetables as an adjunctive therapy on the basis of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine is efficacious and is worth popularizing and further studying.关键词
