Abstract
Objective To exploe the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment for postoperative recurrence of lumbar disc herniation.Methods The clinical data on 59 patients who had received surgical treatment for postoperative recurrence of lumbar disc herniation in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Three different procedures were performed on the patients based on the different causes of recurrence.The clinical efficacy was assessed by the revised Macnab criteria,Oswestry Disability Index ( ODI ), and radiographic findings.Results All of the three procedures received a satisfied success rate; the rate was 78.26％ for the group of intervertebral disk enucleation,85.00％ for the group of PLF,and 81.25％ for the group of PLIF.ODI scores were obviously lowered three monthes after surgery and at the latest follow-up after surgery,as compared with the baselines ( P＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Resonable selection of surgical procedures can achieve ideal clinical efficacy based on the conditions in patients with postoperative recurrence of lumbar disc herniation.关键词
