摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of health care of different trimesters on blood sugar level in pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism.Methods 120 women with gestational diabetes were randomly assigned to receive general health education and conventional treatment ( control group ),or health care of different trimesters in addition to routine treatment( study group ).The improvement of abnormal glucose metabolism was observed.Results Levels of fasting,postprandial 3h,and OGTT glucose at different time points were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group,with significant statistical differences ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Health care of different trimesters combined with treatment has a better effect in the control of glucose level in patients with abnormal glucose metabolism.关键词
