甲状旁腺腺瘤7例诊治分析
Diagnosis and treatment for 7 cases of parathyroid adenoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical symptoms of primary hyperparathyroidism induced by parathyroid adenoma and study the diagnosis and treatment.Methods The relative literature was combined to analyze the diagnosis and clinical treatment for 7 cases received in our hospital in last 5 years.Results All of 7 cases had been cured by surgery,the results of serum calcium and PTH before and after treatment were significantly different.Conclusion It can be cured in earlier period of PTA.Conversely,if not found and treated early enough,it might resuh in skeletal deformities and renal disfunction.关键词
