Study on 2 case reports of successful replantation of penis root
摘要
Abstract
Objective To report experiences on 2 successful cases of penile replantation, and explore method and key points for attention in penile amputation after replantation.Methods The application of microsurgical instruments was used in penile amputation for replantation.Results 2 cases after replantation of the penis survived completely,postoperative follow-up for 4 ～ 6 years,two patients with penile pain tactile recovered well,as well as the replantation of penis erectile function recovery,being able to engage in normal sexual life,without any complications such as urethral stricture.Conclusion To be familiar with the relevant anatomy,try to shorten the penile ischemia time during preoperative and intraoperative operation,high quality of anastomosis of penile vascular and nerve,postoperative care and rational drug use,are all the keys for successful penis replantation.关键词
