摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of interventional therapy in treating symptomatic hysteromyoma by uterine artery embolisation.Methods Total 36 cases of symptomatic hysteromyoma were treated by uterine artery embolisation,then the effect of alleviating the symptoms and shrinking hysteromyoma were observed.Results 31 cases were treated with bilateral uterine artery embolisation,and 5 cases with unilateral.After follow up study for 3 ～ 24 months,symptoms of 33 cases were improved,2 cases recrudesced in 10 months and was removed in operation,1 case of myoma falling off and disappeared after ultrasound test.B-ultrasound showed that body of myoma shrinked to 10％ ～ 69％.The complications were lower abdominal pain,fever and vaginal bleeding.Conclusion Uterine artery embolisation is a safe and effective method to cure hysteromyoma.关键词
