影响髋部骨折疗效的相关因素分析
Analysis of related factors on curative effect of hip fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the related factors on curative effect of hip fracture.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with hip fracture in our hospital from March 2009 to July 2010 was retrospectively analyzed.Results The postoperation ADL score of 3 month' s,6 month' s and one year' s of the control group were(11.9 ± 1.3),(14.0 ± 2.0)and(15.1 ± 2.3).They were all higher than that of the treatment group.The difference of ADL score of one year after treatment was significant.Complications were found in 40 patients after operation.Conclusions Reasonable and effective symptomatic treatment measures should be taken into account,and the clinical complications should be reduced after surgery.Moreover,the effect of hip fracture should be improved after surgical treatment.关键词
