摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of different pH levels in extracting conditions of nitidine chloride.Methods Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb.)Dc.was extracted as experimental material,the extract conditions of Nitidine chloride was optimized by orthogonal experiment; the extraction rate by the content of Nitidine chloride was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Results The best extract conditions of Nitidine chloride was adding 10 times of appropriate level and 40 ℃ water,and the acidity of the solution was adjusted to pH=1.0.Conclusion The optimum extract conditions is appropriate for industry production.关键词
