广东省C群流脑菌株PCR鉴定分析
Identification and analysis of Neisseria meningitidis serogroup C by PCR in Guangdong Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective To identify and analyze the strains of Neisseria meningitidis serogroup C isolated from patients with of Neisseria meningitidis,close contact individuals,and healthy carriers during the period of 2003 to 2011 in Guangdong province by PCR technology.Methods The strains were identified by routine methods,then latex aggregation,and finally by polymerase chain reaction ( PCR ).Results 36 strains were identified as serogroup C via conventional methods and latex agglutinate crgA gene ( 230 bp ) and siaD ( C ) gene ( 250 bp ) were all postive on PCR identication.Conclusions siaD( C ) gene-based PCR technology can be applied in identification of Neisseria meningitidis serogroup C.关键词
