初次接受体外授精-胚胎移植患者心理需求的探索及护理
The psychological needs in and nursing for women receiving first in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer

Abstract
Objective To provide support for developing measures for psychological nursing by understanding the psychological states in different stages during the procedure of in vitro fertilization ( IVF ) and embryo transfer ( ET ).Methods 100 women who had received first IVF-ET during the period of April 2010 to April 2012 in our center has received were radomly divided into groups A and B.Their sychological states were assessed by questionnaires.Group A received a fill-term psychological intervention including observation,encouragement,explanation and consolation,while group B received no intervention.Results In group A,the pregnancy rate for first treatment was increased,the abortion rate was declined,and the medical costs were lowered.Conclusions Establishment of detailed,effective measures for psychological nursing for women first receiving in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer can intervene physiological and psychological reactions,which affects the success rate of the procedure.关键词
