集束化护理干预体系在预防呼吸机相关性肺炎中的研究
A study on the bundle nursing intervention system for preventing ventilator associated pneumonia

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of the bundle nursing intervention system for preventing ventilator associated pneumonia (VAP) in intensive care unit (ICU),and the effective nursing method for preventing VAP.Methods 160 patients accepting mechanical ventilation for more than 40 hours from June 2010 to October 2011 in ICU were randomly divided into two groups.80 patients in the experimental group received bundle nursing intervention and the control group received the routine nursing,and the curative effect of bundle nursing for mechanical ventilation patients were analyzed in two groups.Results The chest radiology,fiberoptic bronchoscope for visual examination of the improvement rate in experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the case number of special drug resistant bacteria infection in experimental group was significantly increased,the occurrence of VAP dropped from 42.55 cases/1000 mechanical ventilation days to 19.05/1000 mechanical ventilation,there was significant difference in these two groups (P＜0.05),the nurses' compliance to implement care also improved significantly.Conclusion The bundle nursing intervention system can reduce the incidence and mortality of VAP,and improve the nursing quality.关键词
