摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the prevention function of microeclogical agent (live bacillus subtilis combined with enteroeoccus faecium granule with multivitamins) in preventing neonatal antibiotic associated diarrhea (AAD).Methods 120 cases of pneumonic neonate inpatients were randomly divided into the control group (n =60) treated with regular anti-infection as usual,and the prevention group (n =60) treated with microecological agent (live bacillus subtilis combined with enterococcus faecium granule with multivitamins)based on the regular treatment.Results The incidence of diarrhea in control group was 21.7% (13/60),while that of prevention group was 8.3% (5/60)(P<0.05).The average duration of diarrhea was (5.7±0.39) days in control group and (3.5±0.53) days in prevention group (P<0.05).There was significant difference between two groups.Conclusion It shows obvious clinical effect and safety of microecological agent in preventing neonatal AAD.
