Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnosis and prognosis value of combined detection of NT-proBNP and cTnI on patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 120 patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2011 were studied:the plasma NT-proBNP and cTnI levels at different NYHA class; the cardiovascular events of different NT-proBNP and cTnI levels during follow up.Results The NT-proBNP and cTnI levels of heart failure patients were (1664.8 ± 632.9) pg/ml and (0.35 ± 0.12) ng/ml,while the NT-proBNP and cTnI levels of healthy subjects were (92.3 ± 6.7) pg/ml and (0.01 ± 0.03) ng/ml.Two indicators of heart failure patients were higher than those of healthy subjects (P＜ 0.01),which also increased in accordance with the severity of heart failure.The cardiovascular events of patients with low levels of NT-proBNP and cTnI were 17.9％ and 19.5％ separately,while the events of high level were 43.4％ and 50.0％.Conclusions NT-proBNP and cTnI can be used for the diagnosis and prognosis of chronic heart failure.More attention should be paid to those with high plasma NT-proBNP and cTnI level,which was worth being promoted clinically.关键词
