目的:探讨应激反应对大鼠皮下移植瘤生长的影响.方法:将大鼠乳腺癌细胞Walker-256癌细胞株注入Wistar幼鼠腹腔,5d后抽取腹水,浓缩,经Wistar大鼠腹股沟皮下接种,建立Wistar大鼠皮下移植瘤模型.选取24只荷瘤大鼠,随机分为实验对照组(未烫伤)、轻度烫伤组(10％TBSA,100℃水中烫伤5 s)、重度烫伤组(15％TBSA,100℃水中烫伤10 s),每组8只.烫伤后12h尾静脉取血,ELISA法检测血白细胞介素-1β(IL-…查看全部>>
Objective: To investigate the effects of stress on the growth of subcutaneously transplanted tumor after scald of different degrees in Wistar rats. Methods: Two Wistar immature rats were intraperitoneally injected Walker-256, the cells of breast cancer of rats.
