Abstract
Objective: To observe the epidural analgesic effects after parturition with sufentanil and fentanil plus ropivacaine for postoperative analgesia. Methods: Sixty schedualed primiparae (ASA I- II > were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group. The patients in both groups received the same anaesthetic procedure. In fentanil group the patients received a mixture of 2% lidocaine hydrochloride 4 ml+1% ropivacaine 10 ml + 0. 4 mg fentanil + saline to achieve the analgesic effects, and they were given via epidural analgesic pump. Patients in sufentanyl group received the mixture of 2% lidocaine hydrochloride 4 ml+1% ropivacaine 10 ml + 0.04 mg sufentanil+saline. The patients of both groups received loading-continuous administration with a dosage of 2 ml/h by a pump. Visual analogue score (VAS), analgesic score, movement disorder score, and untoward reaction were recorded at 6,12,24,48 hours after giving the anesthetics to evaluate the effect. Results: Satisfactory anesthetic effects were achieved in both groups, with satisfaction rate of 95%. There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups 6 to 48 hours after operation (P>0. 05). The number of patients with analgesic score 2 was larger in sufentanil group than those in fentanil group. The incidence of movement disorders in sufentanil group was significantly lower than that in fentanil group at 12, 24 and 48 hours(P<0. 05). During the course of analgesia, the incidence of nausea and vomiting was significantly lower in sufentanil group than that in fentanil group. Respiratory depression did not occur in both groups. Conclusions: The analgesic effects of mixture of 1% ropivacaine 10 ml+0. 04 mg sufentanil is similar as \% ropivacaine 10 ml+0. 4 mg fentanil,with less side-effects and lower incidence of movement disorders, but the analgesic degree should be closely observed.关键词
