优质荔枝新品种——凤山红灯笼的选育
New high quality litchi cultivar, Fengshan Hongdenglong
摘要
Abstract
The new litchi （Litchi chinensis Sonn.） cultivar, Fengshan Hongdenglong, was selected from seedling variations. The cordate fruit is 25.5 g on average weight. Fruit skin is bright red and beautiful. The aril is 1.0 to 1.3 cm thick with waxy yellow color and light fragrance, crisp, sweet. Containing 17.8% soluble solids, 0.081% total acid 9.92% reducing sugar, 5.59% sucrose, 15.8% total sugar, 214 mg. kg-1 vitamin C. Edible percentage of fruit is 80%, and percentage of abortive seed fruit is more than 82%. The fruit have high and stable yield and less fruit cracking. In Shanwei, Guangdong province, it starts flowering at mid-March, and fruit harvested in the late June.关键词
