Abstract
The experiments studied the effect of exogenous GA on breaking seed dormancy of Pyrus betulaefolia Bunge, promote the seed germination and seedling growth, through using Bunge seeds as tested materials, using 50 mg/L, 100 mg/L, 150 mg/L, 200 mg/L, 250 rag/L, 300 mg/L of different concentration of Gibberellin (GA) soaking (control for water). The results indicated that the exogenous GA at 50 rag/L-300 mg/L concentration range, Pyrus betulaefolia Bunge seed germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index, germination characteristics, as well as the seedling height, fresh weight per plant, radicle length, lateral root number and length of seedling quality have certain stimulative effect; the effect of 200 mg/L concentration treatment is best.关键词
