Abstract
The nano-sized hydroxyapatite (HAP) powder was synthesized with Ca(NO3)2"4H20 and P205 by a sol-gels process. The effects of pH value of solvent, reaction temperature and heated temperature on the crystallinity and morphology of nano-sized HAP were investigated by thermogravimetric/differential thermal analyzer, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, respectively. The nano-particles of HAP with a higher crystallinity and a good disparity could be controlled via the adjustment of the process parameters such as reaction temperature, pH value of solution and heat treatment tem- perature. The results show that the nano-particles of HAP containing CO32- with the good crystallinity and the particle sizes of 40-50 nm could be obtained at the reaction temperature of 30 ℃, the pH value of 8 and the heat treatment temperature of 600 ℃.关键词
