组分偏离对堇青石结构及红外辐射性能的影响
Effect of Component Deviation on Structure and Infrared Radiation Properties of Cordierite

Abstract
Cordierite-based infrared radiation materials in the different component deviations were prepared using a solid state reac-tion method.The structure and infrared radiation properties of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometer,Fourier trans-form infrared spectroscope and IR-2 dual-band emission rate tester,respectively.The results show that there exists a higher emissivity of 0.90 in the whole band when the deviation content of Si is 0.50.The emissivity was 0.94 in 8–14 μm band.When the deviation content of Mg is 0.10,the emissivity were 0.90 in the whole band and 0.93 in 8–14 μm band.When the deviation content of Al is 0.20,the emissivity were 0.89 in the whole band and 0.93 in 8–14 μm band.The appropriate deviation of components could effectively improve the performance of infrared radiation of the samples.关键词
